Dr. Castle is a Divorce & Life Rebuild Strategist and the creator of the Baseline Rebuilt™ Program. She holds a degree in Psychology and a Juris Doctor and previously served as a Mental Health Counselor. She is not a licensed mental health clinician or therapist.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy covers information collected through our website, including our contact form, blog, product and service pages, and any links to or information about our digital products, including the Mom, Dad; What About Me?! App. It does not govern information collected through third-party websites or platforms we may link to.

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.

A. Information You Provide

• Contact Form: When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message. Your phone number is optional.
• Strategy Call Scheduling: When you schedule a free strategy call through our third-party scheduling platform (OnceHub), that platform collects your name, email, and scheduling information pursuant to its own privacy policy.
• Email Communications: If you email us directly, we retain your email address and the content of your communications for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
• Purchases: If you purchase a book, course, or other product through our website, payment information is processed by our third-party payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and others). We do not store your payment card information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, ours uses certain technologies that automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, including:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM): We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and analytics tools. GTM itself does not collect personal information, but it may deploy tools that do, as described below.
• Facebook Pixel: We use Meta’s Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our social media presence and advertising. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data and associates it with your Facebook profile if you are logged into Facebook. • Google reCAPTCHA: Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Standard Server Logs: Our hosting provider (UENI) may automatically log standard technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and operational purposes.

6. The Mom, Dad; What About Me?! App

Our website includes information about and, where available for purchase, a link to the Mom, Dad; What About Me?! Progressive Web Application (PWA). The App is a separate product governed by its own dedicated Privacy Policy.
The App is inspired by the book Secrets & Principles of Effective Co-Parenting: Mom, Dad; What About Me?! by Arlayn Ladson‑Castle, JD, and incorporates proprietary frameworks including The CASTLE Blueprint™. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal information of any kind and is fully COPPA-compliant.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our website at www.castleofknowledge.com is directed to adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through this website. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 through our website contact form or other means, we will promptly delete it.
The Mom, Dad; What About Me?! App, which is designed for use with children under adult supervision, is governed exclusively by the App Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1302–1308, and the FTC’s 2025 COPPA Final Rule.

8. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

A Castle of Knowledge, LLC respects the privacy rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”). California residents have the following rights with respect to their personal information:

• Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Accordingly, there is nothing to opt out of with respect to sale or sharing.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CCPA.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Please note: Because the App does not collect any personal information, CCPA rights requests related to the App are not applicable.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to respond to your inquiries, to maintain our business records, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for a reasonable period to support our business operations and are deleted when no longer needed.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and encourage you to use caution when sharing personal information online.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp), Brainz Magazine, and our scheduling and payment platforms. Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. 13. Business-to-Business (B2B) and Licensing

A Castle of Knowledge, LLC engages in business-to-business relationships, including licensing the Baseline Rebuilt™ Program and the Mom, Dad; What About Me?! App to organizations and institutions. Information collected in connection with B2B inquiries (name, organization, email, phone) is used solely to evaluate and fulfill potential licensing or contracting arrangements and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
