She holds a degree in Psychology and a Juris Doctor and previously served as a Mental Health Counselor. She is not a licensed mental health clinician or therapist.

The App is inspired by the book Secrets & Principles of Effective Co-Parenting: Mom, Dad; What About Me?! by Arlayn Ladson‑Castle, JD, and incorporates proprietary frameworks including The CASTLE Blueprint™. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal information of any kind and is fully COPPA-compliant.

7. Children’s Privacy
Our website at www.castleofknowledge.com is directed to adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through this website. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 through our website contact form or other means, we will promptly delete it.
The Mom, Dad; What About Me?! App, which is designed for use with children under adult supervision, is governed exclusively by the App Privacy Policy, which is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1302–1308, and the FTC’s 2025 COPPA Final Rule.
